Just me, I'm a one-woman band with many hats. Havoc Illustration is my little brand and studio where I create, pack, and ship everything myself. 

In terms of paint time, estimated completion time depends on the project. I usually ask for at least a two week minimum to ensure time for paint and shipping.

Please allow 5–7 business days for order processing before shipment.

Since I handle all production, packaging, and fulfillment myself, it may take me a few extra days to gather supplies or pack larger items safely, especially original paintings or framed pieces.

Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days, at the mercy of USPS, of course.

Not yet. For now, I only ship within the United States.

Yes, all artwork and custom pieces are final sale.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and I’ll do my best to make it right.

I work primarily in acrylic paint and ink, with occasional digital projects mixed in. Prints are made on high-quality paper with vivid inks for long-lasting color.
